Chinese 90 day visitors visa using a visa agency?

Can Irish passport holders apply for a Chinese 90 day visitors visa using a visa agency?

Using a visa agency for application is always ok, but do you mean to get a business visa with 90 days as duration? The fact is that consular officers have the final say to your visa type based on documents you provide. If you have invitation from China with intended stay of 90 days included, you are able to get it.
