weather in june/july of china.

Question

Dear Sir / Madam  My husband and I were in China last year during the month of May.  We enjoyed it so much that this year we would like to bring our kids to China.  The school holidays are from the 21st of June to 15th July 2013.  We would like to travel during this period.  The places that we would liek to visit are:-Beijing; Xian; Chongqing; Yangze Cruise, and Shanghai. I would liek to find out how the weather in these areas during this period.Many thanksRani

Hi, generally, it will be hot during that time in these destinations. To some degree, the weather condition for these palces are almost the same then, with lowest temperature of 20-22C, while the highest temperature of about 36C. Thus summer clothes as well as a long-sleeved shirt or a light coat can be taken along. Meanwhile, it will be during the rainy season, so it may rain frequetly or thunderstorm may happen. I also suggest you take along umbrella or rainy gear. Also before traveling, it is suggested to pay much attention to the weather forecast.
