Which station should I get off from the Airport Express Train? After that how could I get to her residence?  Many thanks.

Well, take Express Train and get off at Dongzhimen Station, where you need to transfer to subway line 2 and get off at Jishuitan Station. It is about 1.3km from her residence then. You can take a taxi to reach exactly within 2 minutes. Or get out from Exit B and ask the local people about the exact location to walk there in 15-20min.
