About:China Work Visa

Visa for spouse with my work Z application

Hi,

I would be applying for a work visa shortly through my company. I also want my husband to accompany me during my stay. Since my company does not offer visa processing services for the spouse, I have to get it done on my own.

Can you please advise me on the documents required for him. Also, do I need a separate invitation letter in his name?

Thanks in advance for your support.

Indu

I am in India.

I do not know what is the process for applying for a visa for the spouse along with my work Visa.

I can ask the company for some documents if required.

Invitation letter issued by your company is required for his application as dependent. She should provide marriage certificate as well. Physical examination record is necesary if he will stay with you in China for more than 6 months. Other documents are the same as yours.

But is the invitation letter required in his name? Or I just need to attach my invitation letter's copy?

Also, I am assuming he would not require a work permit, the way I do.

The letter should in his name. Work permit is not required because he is applying as dependent only.
