Can I have a schedule for official holders in china ?

schedule for official holders in china ( Bank closed / and government offices closed / Port and shipping closed ......ets) for our business and official business travel

Do you mean you want to know the vacations of Chinese officials?
Chinese officials always close on public holiday, such as National Holiday, Spring Festival, May Day and so on. There is a public holiday calender on this website and it may help you: https://www.travelchinaguide.com/essential/public-holiday.htm.
Besides, the official will not work on weekends.
For other industries such as tourism and banks, they will not close during weekends an holidays except for Spring Festival Holiday.
