My auntie will sponsor my trip since I am a fresh graduate and unemployed, aside from her bank statement and letter, do we still need to provide BIR stamped return?

Thank you!

There is no need to provide BIR stamped return.
Only bank statement and letter are enough and the letter should be sealed at the Philippine Embassy in China.

Thank you! But I didn't understand the latter part where the letter should be sealed at the embassy? Do you mean the sponsorship letter?

The letter means the invitation letter.
