Hi, I am seeking for advise to go on 16-23April or 19-26April to Taiwan

Although I know is just a few days different but weather?

19 to 26 is much better.
It will be much warmer. You can take your long-sleeved clothes and a thin coat. At nights or mountain area, the temperature will be cooler.
The rain gear is necessary when you go during April.
