Hi, I will be going to taipei on 16April-22 April. What will be the weather like and what clothes should I wear? Will it be too cold to be wearing shorts?

With a temperature of about 17~25C, it is warm and pleasant in Taipei during April. You can wear shorts, but better take a long-sleeved T-shirts or a light-weight jacket.
