IN SECTION 3.6 REQUESTING INFORMATION ON MAJOR FAMILY MEMBERS, IS IT REFERRING TO HOUSEHOLD FAMILY MEMBERS OR ONLY THOSE FAMILY MEMBERS TRAVELING TO CHINA?
