Is there a free service of Hong Kong Airport Express to the Crowne Plaza Kowloon East hotel?

There is no such kind of free shuttle bus.
You can take the airport shuttel bus A22E to reach Kwun Tong Police Station, Tseung Kwan O Road and then ask the local people to find your hotel.
