About Requirements to get the Hong Kong Visa

Hello,

I am a citizen of Panama, what do I need to Apply for the Hong Kong Visa? What are the requirements?
I am planning on going at the end of March this year and my Alien Card expires in September 2013.
Do I go to the Embassy or the Consular office.

Thanks

Non-Korean applicants in South Korea have to provide alien registration card with at least 6 months remaining validity. And the application should be done by the designated travel agencies. If you ask an agency to do it, they will tell you exactly what you need to prepare.
