about requirements to get the hong kong visa

Hello,I am a citizen of Panama, what do I need to Apply for the Hong Kong Visa? What are the requirements? I am planning on going at the end of March this year and my Alien Card expires in September 2013.Do I go to the Embassy or the Consular office.Thanks

Non-Korean applicants in South Korea have to provide alien registration card with at least 6 months remaining validity. And the application should be done by the designated travel agencies.
