I suggest you to arrange your oute like this:1st day: City of Dream, Macau Tower, Senado Suqare, St. Domingo's Church, Ruins of St. Paul, Monte Fort2nd day: Venetian, Fishmerman's Wharf, Guia Fortress, A-Ma Temple.You can us the free shuttle bus of City of Dream to reach Macau Tower, Fisherman's Wharf (near Macau Ferry Terminal) and Venetian. For other places, you can choose to take local public buses.
