Well, I guess so. The average temperture in Oct. is about 23C, which is relatively pleasant for travel. And the typhoon season is duirng its ending time and it will not influence much on your trip. Rainfall would lessen, but you also need to prepare simple rainy gear in case. Hiking or traveling by bike then is really interesting.
