About:Jinshanling Great Wall

Hiking from Jinshanling to Simatai

Is the hiking path still open between the two sections of the great wall even though Simatai is closed for renovations?

As far as I know, it is not open yet and in the later time of this year, it will open to the public.

I hiked from Jinshanling to Simatai the other day. You can pass into the final tower to the beginning of Simatai, but there is a guard there to prevent you from going any further.
