Are there any seats for visitors to rest while walking in Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City?

If you are tired when traveling at Tiananmen Square, you can just seat on the ground for a rest. I don't find exclusive seats there. While in the Forbidden City, there are many seats provided for tourists' rest.
