About:Chinese Embassy in Jordan
I am Germany citizen in Iraq. can I apply visa incl. invitation from chines embassy in Jordan?

I am afraid that it is impossible for you to do it. Some Chinese embassies require foreigners who apply for visa in a third country to offer residence permit or valid visa as supplementary document. Why not try to apply for it in Chinese embassy in Iraq since you live in Iraq?0
