i would like to take 10 tins of milk powder from england to china. any charge? thank you

If the price of all your milk exceeds 5000RMB, you may need to pay the tax and the tax fare is around 20 RMB per kilogram for the exceeding part.
One of my friend usually take 6 tins to China and it is duty-free.
