About:China Civil Aviation - Regulations & Security Check

I want to take 4 tins (800gr each) of milkpowder as carry on luggage to China. Is that allowed?

This amount of milk powder can pass the customs without declaration or paying tax. But tinned powder may not be packed in carry-on luggage. You should put them in checked luggage.
