About:Chinese Embassy in Laos

Information for a Lao passport holder in Vientiane

It is possible that I could apply to Hong Kong from Chinese embassy in Vientiane. By the way, I am Lao, holding Lao passport and I live in Vientiane.

Yes, you can submit your HK visa application to Chinese embassy in Vientiane.
