Where is the nearest U.S. Embassy from Changsha?

I have a Chinese friend who wants to travel from Changsha to Los Angeles. She has a passport but will need a visitor visa from the U.S. Embassy. Can you tell me where is the closest U.S. Embassy from Changsha, what is the best way to travel there, and do you know of any local services that can assist her in dealing with the U.S. Embassy? Thank you!

Your friend needs to submit application to Embassy of the United States of America in Beijing. The consulate in Wuhan is the closest one, but they do not provide visa service currently.

I am sorry for the contact information, but your friend can turn to any travel agencies who provide outbound tours. It is easy to find one in Changsha.
