I will be staying at Sanford Hotel at Mongkok how to I go to Ocean Park in HK.

From Mong Kok, you can take the Tsuen Wan Line to reach Admiralty. Get out of the station to reach Admiralty West where you can find bus 629. This bus will take to the Ocean Park direclty.
