Change in 2013 for me

I was born in 28th of February 1978, at 8 AM. If I dont get a promotion this year, I'm planning to leave my job and apply for a scholarship. Do you think it is a good idea?

You may also feel it is stressful in career this year. So it is suggested to apply for a scholarship and you would be successful in doing that. Good luck!
