Overstayed in China, can I apply for a new Chinese visa again?

Hi dear..i am from pakistan..i went to china in 2009 and i got F visa but due to some reason i got overstay there and in 2011 i got married in shenzhen guangdong..i have my marriage certifcate and then i paid penality to police and also stayed in detention centre more than a month..now i am in pakistan and want to visit my wife.i have all my documents such as passport.redbook..so is it possible that can i apply for a new chinese visa?

It's hard to tell. Since you was detained for more than one month, I am afraid that you may not be granted with visa again. Anyway, you can try to apply for it.

Hi linda i got my new chinese L visa from chinese embassy in islamabad pakistan and now tomorrow i am leaving for shenzhen by air china from karachi.thanks for reply
