Weather in CingJing, Taichung and Taipei

Hi, Am travelling to taiwan from 14 Mar to 24 Mar 2013. Would like to know what type of clothes to bring and the weather in the following places:

Cingjing, Taichung and taipei. Thanks

The weather is generally similar in those places. During March, it is mild with a proper temperature range about 15~20C. It won't rain much. It is suitable and pleasant for travelling. Long-sleeved T-shirts with light jackets are enough.
