About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

I am an Australian who wishes to go to China to marry my Chinese wife to be,and live in china

I am a retired Australian citizen courting my future chinese wife: It is our intention to marry in China, and if possible to reside there: I am self sufficient by way of my pension, and my future wife runs her own business;

Hi, after you get marriage certificate in China, you are eligible to apply for a family visit visa L and the temporary residence permit valid for one or two years. It can be extended within China before expires.
