Hi, during that period, it will be hot and a little wet. The lowest temperature is about 25C and the highest temperature is about 35C. So summer clothes are most necessary. In assition, as it will be during typhoon season, it may rain from time to time. Thus umbrella or rainy gear is also suggested to be taken. As for the exhibitions, I just know that there may be some exhibition in the local National Palace Museum during that time.
