1 working day for visa

hi. i wanted to ask if its completely sure about getting visa in one day in bangkok. because i travel the 1st of march in the night to beijing and i have the 28 of feb and the day of the 1 st of march to get the visa. please any answer knowing something would be abgreat help. cheers
