I'm afraid no direct bus can take you for this journey at that time. While you can take bus no. N680 at Ma On Shan Town Centre to Pacific Place, Queensway first. Then you need to transfer to bus no. N962 or N969 and get off at Western Harbour Crossing Toll Plaza, which is not far from Kowloon Station. At Kowloon Station, you can take the Airport Express Train to the airport then.
