How do I get to Kam Fung Court, Ma On Shan, Shatin, N.T. from 353 Castle Peak Rd. Tsuen Wan?

It's suggested to take 30X at Hing Wah Street Cheung Sha Wan, get off at Moon Lok Dai Ha. It takes around 25 mins on the way. The ticket fare is 8.9 HKD per person. After arriving, walk southeast around 350 yards (320 meters) to find the destination.
