About:China Visa

my application for a China Visa was denied as I dont have the entry stamp for US

it was denied as I dont have the entry stamp for US as when I return to the states last year, Can I get a new passport and request a one at HKG entry? as Mexican -resident in US do I need visa for HKG? two questions.

You are not required visa to HK, so that is an option for you to get Chinese visa there. Also, you may try to apply in Maxico if possible.
