i’m a lebanese female would like a tourist visa to guangzhou for 8 days.

I have been to Guangzhou last year in May but I forgot what is exactly I have submitted earlier. I would like also to know how long the visa will take to be issued as I plan to fly on 28 Feb 2013. Please advice.

You need to provide original passport, application forms, photo, return ticket and hotel resrevation. As a non-Qatari applicant, you should also provide a copy of Qatari visa, valid for at least another 3 months, a copy of valid Qatar Residence Permit (ID card) and the original employment certification from Qatari local company. Regular processing takes 4 working days, you need to start asap.
