T212 and T102 can be taken.
The fare is 200 RMB for hard seat and 333.5 to 358.5 RMB for hard sleeper.

Hi, you can also buy a tourist pass which like the oyster passes lasts all day for a fraction of the normal fares. if i remember correctly it was only about $2 Australian dollars a day. you can also buy on the plane tickets for the train which saves you lining up like everyone else.
