About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

transit at beijing with 2 different airlines

hi I am a citizen of russian. i need to travel home to RUSSIA via BJ Capital airport. Im traveling from Malaysia. But two different airline with transiting of 4 hours in btw. Does that mean i need transit visa as i need to collect baggage n check in again? where can i get the visa? at airport to purchase??

The visa is not needed, although you need to collect the baggage.
