how does cost a double room in Xiamen

hi, I am Mr SAID from Algeria . I visited XM in 2009 . I have been at the stone fair and as I 'll visit it this year I want to know if the hotels costs rae the same or higher than in 2009 ? How much does cost a double room in a 3 OR 4 stars hotel ? Thanks
