step Visa on Govt Employ Passport

i am govt.employ of unversity of Agriculture ,Faisalabad, pakistan i will attend the IBIO2013 conference in April.which type of visa i should apply and steped

If you hold Diplomatic, service/official passports or Passports for public affairs, with invitation letter from China, visa is not required.
