Australian Passport Holder Applying for Business Visa

Hello, I live in Phuket with my Thai wife & Son. I hold a Thai "Non Immigrant O Visa", I have held many chinese business visa's before & can obviously provide in passports.. Can I apply for another China Business Visa in Bangkok, or do I need to go back to Australia? Also what paperwork do I need to provide?

Thank you...

Hi, it is ok for you to apply in Thailand with your Non Immigration O visa. But you'd better confirm this with the embassy first before your visit.
