How's the Weather during the End of February to Beginning of March 2013 in Taipei?

I will be going to several places in Taiwan like Taipei, Taichung, Tainan, Kaohsiong, Nantou on 22 February till 04 March 2013. May I know how is the weather over there? I heard the weather is getting warmer is it correct?

The average temperature of Taipei is around 20C. Taichung has the similar weather condition. Tainan, Kaohsiong and Nantou are much hotter.
Yes, you are right, it is getting warmer then.
