Temperature in Hangzhou in the middle of Mar 2013

Hi, can you please advice the forecasted weather temperature in the city in the middle of Mar 2013. Please also recommend the type of clothing to wear, thank you very much.

Well, according to the weather forecast and past weather records, the average temperature could be 8-10C. Sometimes, it may also rain a little. Thus I suggest you take along your sweater, leather jacket and jeans. Also simple rainy gear is needed.
