Passenger medications on planes to China

Is a passenger allowed to take liquid and/or tablet-form prescription medications on board the plane in hand luggage? Secondly, is a child allowed the same hand luggage as an adult, that is 1piece 5kg?

You can take the medications, but you need to get valid certification for the prescription medications from your doctor. The limitation of hand luggage for child is as adult, within 5kg.
