the service charge

I’d like to book 2 tickets from shanghai to Hang Zhou and return. The total cost of the tickets is around $80, but you charge 4 deliveries for 4 tickets. Is it reasonable?

You can buy the tickets at the station yourself to save the service charge, since many trains travel from Shanghai to Hang Zhou each day.
