business visa for china with my chinese wife

Hello.My chinese wife(she was living in europe the last 15 years but holds a chinese passport) and I wants to go together to china to start a company. She of course don´t need a business visa, but i do. How should i apply for one. I mean there will be no company there which can send me an invitation to come to work i China since the company will be made in my wife´s name.Regards

Hi, why don't you apply for a tourist visa L instead. To start a company made in your wife's name first, then you are able to apply for a family visit visa/residence permit within China.
