You can go to the local Central Bus Station to find frequent buses for Guangzhou and Zhuhai Gongbei.
From Zhuhai Gongbei, you can pass the port to reach Macau.
For HK, you can go to the local Regency Hotel to take direct cross-border buses for HK.0
