is chinese embessay is open for visa applications on sat 16thsunday 17th feb?

As per holidays notice on their site,  The Consular Section will be closed from 11th February (Monday) to 15th February (Friday), 2013 for Chinese Spring Festival. It will remain open on 16th (Saturday) and 17th(Sunday) February 2013.I wanted to confirm that can we go to apply for visa on this saturday. Will shuttle be available on these days and Visa section will take our application? Thanks,Ahmad Lahore
