About:Embassy of Uganda in China

Can i certify my trancript and certificate at this Embassay?

I'm Nouredine Ssekamaanya. i'm Ugandan. Im currently living in Bangkok Thailand and i need to certify my academic documents at the nearest Embassy. The Ugandan Embassy in Beijing is the nearest.

Were your transcript and accdemic certifcate issued in your home country? If yes, I think the embassy can certify them for you, but you had better check this with the embassy.
