Weather in Suzhou, Guilin & Xian in June and September

Hi,

My wife and I are looking at a tour starting in Beijing, going on to Xian, Guilin, Suzhou and Shanghai. The options are either starting 1st June 2014 or starting 31st August 2014. Can you please advise on the likely weather for these two periods and what type of clothing we should pack? I realise that this is a long time ahead, but presume that weather patterns in this area are fairly stable and predictable?

Thanks and regards

The two periods have the similar climate condition in the four places you plan to go.
In Beijing and Xian, the average temperature is around 20 to 30C at the two periods.
In Shanghai and Suzhou, the average temperature is similar the previous cities, but it may rains more than the first two places.
Guilin is also hot at that time, with the similar temperature.
If you can, I suggest you to go to these places in middle to late Sep. , which is a great time to visit many places in China.
