i am having a resident visa of china valid till dec 2013, i need to bring my family here in china

my family details, wife, daughter 5 years old, son 1.5 years old.

what are the docs required and will you help in arranging the visa.

i will convert them to resident visa after they arrive here

Hi, your family needs to apply family visit L visa for entry. Documents required are your marriage certificate and your children's birth certificate. An invitation letter from your company in China is required as well.
