About:China Visa

Can my Filipino Fiancè leave on 72hr transit visa, if her flight to UK has 22hr stopover?

We are travelling from Manilla to the UK via Beijing with China Southern airlines. She will have a UK visa also.

She needs to apply for a visa in advance if she plan to go out of the Beijing airport during stopover.
