About:Chinese Consulate in New York

My friend and I are visiting china in may. She lives in DC and I live in NJ.

Can she take care of both visits in the DC location if she has all of my required documents or do I have to go seprately to the NY location since I am from NJ?

No, you need to submit your application to Consulate General of PRC in New York separately.
