i went to embassy , they told me that i have to send all my documnets and orginal passport copy to HK and this process will take 4 weeks at least , and my visit to HK will not exeed 3 days , can please let me know the process ?

Hi, you have to follow them if you were told by the embassy to send application to HK Immigration directly.0
