any airport shuttle bus from Liiang Airport to Guilin South Railway Station?

I'm afraid not. You can fly to Kunming first, where there are direct flights to Guilin. Upon arrival at Guilin Airport, you can take the airport shuttle bus to the downtown and then a taxi can take you to the local south railway station.1
